Build Your

Frame

Every online order is checked by a framer before anything gets cut. Tell us what you’re framing, get a real quote back, and we’ll build it here in Rochester.

Framing something unusual (memorabilia, a shadowbox, an odd size)?

Before your dive in

How this works

The tool below will ask you a few things in its own order. Here’s what each screen actually means, so none of it lands cold.

01

Tell us what you’re framing

Photo, painting, fabric, a shadowbox piece: the tool uses this to show you the right materials, not just the prettiest ones.

02

Give us a size

Rough is fine: width and height, roughly. Not sure? Skip this and bring the piece in instead; we’ll measure it here.

03

Compare your options side by side

Moulding, mat, glazing. When it says “Direct & Glass” or “Float & Glass,” that’s just how much air sits between the glass and your piece. We’ll walk you through which makes sense once we see it.

04

Send it to us

This is a request, not a checkout. A framer looks at it and calls or emails with a real price before anything gets built.

Start your frame

A photo of the piece (a phone snapshot is fine!)

A rough size of width and height.

About five minutes.

Coming soon

The online tool is almost ready.

While we finish setting it up, send a photo of your piece and a rough size. We’ll reply with options and a price.

What happens after you send it

Usually within a business day. We’re closed Sunday and Monday, so weekend requests get answered Tuesday morning.

01

A framer looks at what you sent: the piece, the size, the materials you picked.

02

If anything needs a closer look (an odd proportion, a fragile mount) we call before we build it.

03

You get a real price and a rough timeline. Nothing is cut until you say go.

Not quite ready to build it online?

Bring it in instead

No appointment needed. Tuesday through Saturday, we’re on Main Street. Bring the piece and we’ll figure it out together in person.
